Upon processing your application, we will send you a Copper John/STAN shooting staff identification number. This number will be required each time you make a sale, place an order, work the booth, etc…. You will also be eligible for one free Copper John hat and one free STAN hat per year.

Your Obligations

As a copper John/ STAN staff member, it is your responsibility to promote the product to dealers and consumers alike. Please do not underestimate the amount of influence you may have on archers you come in contact with. We also encourage you to contact us with your suggestion, idea or concerns about any of our products. Our general email address is sales@copperjohn.com. We will strive to respond to your emails promptly.

Points System

Copper John and Stanislawski uses a point based system to reward its staff shooters for helping the company market and sell its equipment. There are two ways to acquire points, win at shoots and promote the products. Points can be redeemed for product which you may use as you see fit. It is yours to use, yours to sell, yours to give away…you earnet it! Points are earned as shoots as follows: The ASA and IBO shoots listed will award points to all amateur classes with 10 or more participants 100 points for first place. We award $200 first place, $100 second place, and $50 third place for the Championship classes and First Flights of the NFAA shoots listed Staff Shooters who shoot both brands in a tournament ( Copper John AND STAN) will receive double. Trophy classes are not eligible for contingency money.
In addition, you can earn points by driving sales. Each staff shooter will receive buiness cards that have a spot to put your staff shooter number as well as a place to put the name of the dealer and their dealer number. When you pitch a product to a consumer, give them the card and tell them if they present this card to the dealer you specify it is good for 10% of MSRP. To the dealer, it is good for 5% off of CJ/STAN’s BEST dealer pricing! What is the catch? No card, no discount, no points! The dealer must take the cart and submit it with the check used to pay the invoice for the sale in question. When we get the card back, we will apply the discount and award the points to the shooter. What are point worth to the shooter? One point is redeemable for $1 at the MSRP pricing. If you accumulate 500 points, you can acquire $500 worth of our products at MSRP. Use them, sell them and keep the money, do what ever you want with them. It is that simple! How many points do you earn for a sale? That depends on the product, but by way of example, if you convinced someone to purchase a single MORED release aid, you would receive 5 points for a shootoff, you would receive 7 poins for a standard Mark III pin sight with 5 pins you would receive 4.5 points.
